Do you love chocolate?...So does Gail!  This chocolate addict loves M&Ms and soft-serve vanilla ice cream dipped in chocolate.  She has been working with Dr. Pat for 24 years and in the dental industry for 36.  Gail has been happily married to David for 36 years.  The couple has 2 sons, Adam, who is in graduate school at App State and Philip, a sophmore at NC State.  Outside the office, Gail and her family enjoy spending time at the beach.  She also loves to shop and decorate.  Although her favorite hobby, watercolor painting, has been on the backburner since she had children, Gail hopes to pick up the brush again soon!  Gail is very excited about her newest venture, Thirty-One Gifts.  You can visit her website at www.mythirtyone.com/gvermillion.

Natalie Farrell

When asked what she would take with her if ever a contestant on Survivor, Natalie's answer made Dr. Pat proud, she said "A toothbrush, because furry teeth are gross!"  Born and raised in Kannapolis, she has worked with Dr. London for 19 years.  She and her husband, Jeff, have been married for 18 years and they love working with the youth and children at their church!  In her spare time, Natalie loves to read. She believes laughter is the best medicine and would love to one day meet Billy Graham.  Her favorite singer is Natalie Grant, especially her song "I will not be moved."  When asked what she would do if she were not working for Dr. Pat, Natalie said "I would create a show called The Real Housewife of Cabarrus County," starring none other than me!"

The former Miss China Grove, Kimberly Roberts, can supposedly still recite the Preamble to the Constitution that she learned in the fourth grade.  Quiz her at your next visit!  When she is not cleaning teeth, Kimberly enjoys baking, going to the YMCA, and spending time with her family and friends. You may catch her snacking on popcorn around the office, but her dream job is to be a professional cupcake maker!  Kimberly and her husband, Jason, have two miniature Dachshunds, Lizzie and Jules.  She has been working for Dr. London for 8 years!

Renee has been nicknamed by her co-workers, "Stanly County."  This small town girl from New London, NC, has worked for Dr. Pat for five years.  When she is not in the office, Renee enjoys golfing, gardening, shopping and playing with her two beautiful daughters, Shelby and Sydnie.  Her favorite office snack is chocolate oatmeal cookies, but only from her co-worker, Deanna's, oven!  If she were not working for Dr. London, her dream job would be a stay at home mom.

Cherry Utley
Office Manager

Hailing from Kannapolis, NC, Cherry's red hair fits her personality and her name perfectly.  A Tarheel fan, she enjoys gardening (both flowers and vegetables) and you will find her in the kitchen all summer long freezing and canning her own produce.  Cherry also likes decorating projects, reading and riding her brand new bike....watch out Concordians!  She has been married to her husband, Jack, for 33 years and has one daughter, Dara, who is married and just had her first child.  So Cherry is officially a grandmother and is loving ever minute of it! Baby Graham is precious and Cherry is already spoiling him rotten! Cherry is not picky when it comes to vacation spots, she loves both the beach and the mountains!  The quote Cherry lives by is, "When you come to the end of your rope, tie a knot and hang on."

After 12 years of working for Dr. London and a lifetime of being her baby sister, Tracy, the office comedian, knows the boss better than anyone.  A graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill, this sports fanatic's claim to fame is that she went to school with Michael Jordan.  Her two sons, Nathan, 18 and Noah, 15, keep her busy when she is away from the office.  She loves her two dogs, Boston Terrier, Bizkit, and Havenese, Muffin. There may be a Bacon in her future! In her free time, Tracy enjoys watching football, Grey's Anatomy and lots of reality TV.  When asked what one item she would take if she were to go on Survivor, Tracy did not have to give it any thought..... "MASCARA!"

Deanna has been a patient of Dr. London's since she was 2 years old and has been working for Dr. London for almost 7 years!  She and her husband, Brandon, have one son, Colton, who is 1 year old.  They also have two furry "children", Bella, a maltipoo, and Bailey, an English mastiff.  When asked what makes her unique in the office, Deanna said "I have the smallest hands."  As a matter of fact, she was once told by a 3 year old patient that she has "wittle hands!"  If you ever forget Deanna's name, you can just call her "Weenie," because that is her nickname around the office.  Deanna's favorite office snack is, as her husband likes to call them, "Kimmie's Cupcakes!"

Meet Jamie Hackett....with a laugh that resonates throughout the office and a crazy accent to match.  This Pennsylvania native has worked with Dr. London for 3 years.  Dr. Pat calls her a "Human Tornado,"  and she is certainly a force to be reckoned with.  A Cincinnati Bengals fan, who loves to scrapbook and shop, when Jamie is not running around the office, she is spending time with her family.  Jamie and her husband, Milton, have been married for 10 years and have two children, 8 year old, Makena and 6 year old, Jameson.  She says her love of people and teeth inspired her to pursue a career in dentistry, so be sure to flash her your pearly whites!

The ultimate Bon Jovi fan, Michele has been with Dr. London for 6 years.  She has one child, Jacob, and he is the light of her life, although she says he can be a bit sneaky.  When she is not scrapbooking or watching her soaps, Michele likes to vacation at Myrtle Beach.  A native of Concord, Michele loves chocolate ice cream and her favorite office snack is goldfish.  When asked what made her get into dentistry, she jokingly replied, "The four day work week definitely helped to sway my decision!"  Obviously, Michele did not have to think very hard about her favorite song, "Living on a Prayer."

New Patient Coordinator, Marketing Director

Towering over the ants, five foot nothing, Haley, is the first face you see when you walk in the front door. Her co-workers say her purses are bigger than her and they're probably correct!  Haley sure took a liking to Dr. Pat's oldest son, and they recently celebrated their four year wedding anniversary.  Haley and Jonathan have given Dr. Pat two wonderful grand-puppies, a malti-poo, Sophie and a chocolate lab, Barkley.  Also a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill and the ultimate Tar Heel fan, Haley has worked at the office for 3 years.  In her free time, Haley never misses an episode of One Tree Hill and is a self-proclaimed shop-aholic.  In fact, she says if she were not working for Dr. London she'd be a buyer for a clothing designer.

Always smiling, Brandy Green, is a native of nearby, Harrisburg, NC.  Her 9 year-old daughter, Emma, and her 6 year-old son, Jake, keep her quite busy outside of the office.  She shares an affinity for peanut butter milkshakes with Dr. Pat.  So, stop by Cookout on your way to the office and score some brownie points with her!  Brandy cheers for the Tarheels and enjoys vacations to the Outer Banks.  You'd never know it, but in her free time, she also enjoys playing poker!  If you ever have a burning question about Hollywood gossip, just ask Brandy.  She always has the current scoop on celebrities!

Mary Pressley
Dental Assistant

Mary is a familiar face around the office since she has been with Dr. Pat for 7 years!  She and her husband, Tom, reside in Concord, but you can also frequently find them at the beach or in the mountains.  When asked what made her get into dentistry, Mary said "I once observed a dental office and thought, wow I could do that!"  Mary loves to travel, not only for leisure, but also for mission trips in different parts of the world.  In fact, she says if she were not working for Dr. Pat, she would be a travel agent! If ever stranded on a deserted island, the one item Mary could not do without.....her Bible!

Amanda Barringer
Dental Assistant

Amanda, crowned Miss Cabarrus County in 2002, couldn't have picked a better profession because she has an award winning smile!  She and her husband, Jon, have been married for three years and just had their first child. Landon, their baby boy, is absolutely precious just like his mommy!  Amanda says she got into dentistry because she loves teeth!  She also loves chocolate, kettle corn popcorn and don't tell Dr Pat, Sundrop!  When asked to pick her favorite vacation spot, Amanda did not hesitate at all before saying "Disney World!"  She loves dancing, singing and shopping and if she didn't work for Dr. Pat, she would open her own clothing boutique!

The Dental Bug

You probably have seen her around town, you know, the purple and pink Volkswagen Beetle everyone is talking about!  Flossy has been with Dr. London for 4 years.  She travels the roads everyday, so if you see her, be sure to wave or blow your horn.  She loves the attention!  Flossy has been featured in newspaper articles and is our very own "office celebrity."  One special patient refers to Flossy as, "Dr. Pat's Purple Pain Preventer!"  She sure is a looker, so be sure you keep an eye out for her burning up the roads of Cabarrus County.
