Do you love chocolate?...So does Gail!  This chocolate addict loves M&Ms and soft-serve vanilla ice cream dipped in chocolate.  She has been working with Dr. Pat for 27 years and in the dental industry for 38.  Gail has been happily married to David for 39 years and they have 2 sons. Their oldest son, Adam, is a graduate of App State and is employed as a CPA in Charlotte.  Adam recently married his high school sweetheart, Emily, officially giving Gail a daughter! Their youngest son, Philip, is a senior at NC State majoring in Engineering. Outside the office, Gail and her family enjoy spending time at the beach. She also loves to shop and decorate.  Although her favorite hobby, watercolor painting, has been on the backburner since she had children, Gail hopes to pick up the brush again soon!

Natalie Farrell
Certified Dental Assistant

When asked what she would take with her if ever a contestant on Survivor, Natalie's answer made Dr. Pat proud, she said "A toothbrush, because furry teeth are gross!"  Born and raised in Kannapolis, she has worked with Dr. London for 22 years.  She and her husband, Jeff, have been married for 21 years and they love working with the youth and children at their church!  In her spare time, Natalie loves to read. She believes laughter is the best medicine and would love to one day meet Billy Graham.  Her favorite singer is Mandisa, especially her song "Stronger."  When asked what she would do if she were not working for Dr. Pat, Natalie said "I would create a show called The Real Housewife of Cabarrus County," starring none other than me!"

Kimberly Roberts
Registered Dental Hygienist

The former Miss China Grove, Kimberly Roberts, can supposedly still recite the Preamble to the Constitution that she learned in the fourth grade.  Quiz her at your next visit!  When she is not cleaning teeth, Kimberly enjoys baking, going to the YMCA, and spending time with her family and friends. You may catch her snacking on popcorn around the office, but her dream job is to be a professional cupcake maker!  Kimberly and her husband, Jason, have two miniature Dachshunds, Lizzie and Jules.  She has been working for Dr. London for 11 years!

Favorite College Team:  Tarheels (because it's the favorite of the lady that signs her pay checks!)

Renee Yow

Renee has been nicknamed by her co-workers, "Stanly County."  This small town girl from New London, NC, has worked for Dr. Pat for 8 years.  When she is not in the office, Renee enjoys gardening, shopping and playing with her two beautiful daughters, Shelby and Sydnie.  Her favorite office snack is chocolate oatmeal cookies, but only from her co-worker, Deanna's, oven!  If she were not working for Dr. London, her dream job would be a stay at home mom.

Hailing from Kannapolis, NC, Cherry's red hair fits her personality and her name perfectly.  A Tarheel fan, she enjoys gardening (both flowers and vegetables) and you will find her in the kitchen all summer long freezing and canning her own produce.  Cherry also likes decorating projects and reading.  She has been married to her husband, Jack, for 35 years.  They have one daughter, Dara, who is married and has blessed them with a grandson, Graham. He is precious and Cherry is spoiling him rotten just like a grandmother should!

Tracy Driver
Insurance Specialist AKA Our Favorite "Insurance Chick"

After 16 years of working for Dr. London and a lifetime of being her baby sister, Tracy, the office comedian, knows the boss better than anyone.  A graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill, this sports fanatic's claim to fame is that she went to school with Michael Jordan.  Her two sons, Nathan, 20 and Noah, 18, keep her busy when she is away from the office.  Nathan is a junior at UNC-Chapel Hill where he is pursuing a career in bio-medical engineering.  Noah is a senior in high school headed to Davidson College fall 2012 and aspires to always be one step ahead of his brother!  She loves her two dogs, Boston Terrier, Bizkit, and Havenese, Muffin. There may be a Bacon in her future! In her free time, Tracy enjoys watching football and lots of reality TV.  When asked what one item she would take if she were to go on Survivor, Tracy did not have to give it any thought..... "MASCARA!"

Deanna Helms

Deanna has been a patient of Dr. London's since she was 2 years old and has been working for Dr. London for 7 years!  She and her husband, Brandon, have one son, Colton!  They also have two furry "children", Bella, a maltipoo, and Bailey, an English mastiff.  When asked what makes her unique in the office, Deanna said "I have the smallest hands."  As a matter of fact, she was once told by a 3 year old patient that she has "wittle hands!"  If you ever forget Deanna's name, you can just call her "Weenie," because that is her nickname around the office.  Deanna's favorite office snack is, as her husband likes to call them, "Kimmie's Cupcakes!"

Meet Jamie Hackett....with a laugh that resonates throughout the office and a crazy accent to match.  This Pennsylvania native has worked with Dr. London for 6 years.  Dr. Pat calls her a "Human Tornado,"  and she is certainly a force to be reckoned with.  A Cincinnati Bengals fan, who loves couponing and shopping, when Jamie is not running around the office, she is spending time with her family.  Jamie and her husband, Milton, have been married for 12 years and have two children, 10 year old, Makena and 8 year old, Jameson.  She says her love of people and teeth inspired her to pursue a career in dentistry, so be sure to flash her your pearly whites!

Haley Shuping
New Patient Coordinator, Marketing Director

Towering over the ants, five foot nothing, Haley, is the first face you see when you walk in the front door. Her co-workers say her purses are bigger than her and they're probably correct!  Haley sure took a liking to Dr. Pat's oldest son, so much in fact, they will soon celebrate their 7 year wedding anniversary.  Haley and Jonathan recently had their first child, Lawson James, and they are loving every minute of parenthood! Also a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill and the ultimate Tar Heel fan, Haley has worked at the office for 6 years.  In her free time, Haley is a self-proclaimed shop-aholic.  In fact, she says if she were not working for Dr. London she'd be a buyer for a clothing designer.

Always smiling, Brandy Green, is a native of nearby, Harrisburg, NC and has worked for Dr. Pat for 5 years.  Her 11 year-old daughter, Emma, and her 8 year-old son, Jake, keep her quite busy outside of the office.  She shares an affinity for peanut butter milkshakes with Dr. Pat.  So, stop by Cookout on your way to the office and score some brownie points with her!  Brandy's husband makes her cheer for Duke, but she tries to keep that quiet in an office full of Tarheel fans! She loves to travel with her family and currently her favorite vacation spot is Disneyworld! If you ever have a burning question about Hollywood gossip, just ask Brandy.  She always has the current scoop on celebrities!

Mary is a familiar face around the office since she has been with Dr. Pat for 12 years!  She and her husband, Tom, reside in Concord, but you can also frequently find them at the beach or in the mountains.  When asked what made her get into dentistry, Mary said "I once observed a dental office and thought, wow I could do that!"  Mary loves to travel, not only for leisure, but also for mission trips in different parts of the world.  In fact, she says if she were not working for Dr. Pat, she would be a travel agent! If ever stranded on a deserted island, the one item Mary could not do without.....her Bible!

Lauren Morgan
Receptionist

Lauren, the lone cat lover in the office, has worked for Dr London for 4 years. In her spare time she enjoys photography, traveling, snowboarding and reading. Lauren loves visiting Tybee Island, GA where she gets to spend time with her family. Currently, her favorite vacation spot is Killington, Vermont where you can catch her speeding down the slopes on her snowboard! Lauren is a native of Concord, but currently resides in Mooresville with her husband, Christopher, and their spoiled cat, Mia. When asked which TV show she would want to be on, without hesitation, Lauren said “Survivor! But I would have to take my cell phone!”

Cassie, our newest team member, is a native of Charlotte, but loves to travel to the mountains whenever possible. If she is not at work, you can catch her spending time with her boyfriend, James, her two pet bunnies, Cameron & Greyson, or her nephew, Wyatt. Cassie enjoys watching movies, horseback riding and reading. When asked what made her choose a career in dentistry, she said she had a great childhood dentist and staff, who made her dental visits fun, so she decided she wanted to do the same for others! Look out Hollywood, if Cassie were not working for Dr. London, she would love to be an actress!

The Dental Bug - Retired

You probably saw her around town, you know, the purple and pink Volkswagen Beetle everyone was talking about!  Flossy was with Dr. London for 4 years.  She traveled the roads everyday and loved all the attention!  Flossy was featured in newspaper articles and was our very own "office celebrity."  One special patient referred to Flossy as, "Dr. Pat's Purple Pain Preventer!"  She sure was a looker, but unfortunately the time came for Flossy to be parked permanently.  We will miss her!
