The first step towards a beautiful, healthy smile is to schedule an appointment. Please contact our office by phone or complete the appointment request form below. Our scheduling coordinator will contact you to confirm your appointment.

Please do not use this form to cancel or change an existing appointment.

If you have a dental emergency during our regular business hours, please call our office for an appointment or you may text your name and phone number to 704-467-0698.  If you choose to send a text, we will call you to get the details of your emergency.  If your dental emergency is after our business hours and you are an existing patient, our office voicemail provides instructions (press ext #5) for emergency situations.  The voicemail also provides an emergency phone number to reach Dr London after hours, but should only be used in the case of a true emergency.  

24 hour notice is required to change an appointment in order to avoid a $25 late cancellation fee or a broken appointment fee.  Please remember this policy when you are scheduling your appointment. 

*Please feel free to bring your Ipod to listen to during any of your dental appointments or if you have a lengthy dental procedure scheduled and would like to bring your own DVD to watch, you are more than welcome to do so.
